KASUR: A man stabbed to death his sister for ‘honour’ at Babliyana Ottar village on Saturday.

Sadia contracted marriage with Ashfaq but after some time Ashfaq divorced her over some domestic disputes. Later, Sadia allegedly developed illicit relations with some other man which infuriated her brother accused Kashif. On the day of the incident, accused Kashif allegedly stabbed his sister to death and fled.

TRAIN CRUSHES MAN: A man died when he came under the wheels of a moving train near Pattoki Railway Station on Saturday.

Haq Nawaz was traveling by Khyber Mail and standing near a gate of the train. In the meantime, he fell and crushed under the wheels of the train.
